The CSI Network was founded by Dr. Christoph V. Haug in Augsburg, Germany in 1995.

Dr. Haug is an international Coach and Management-Consultant since 1986.

He has long-term work experience in the fields of international and intercultural consulting, coaching and training regarding personnel and organizational development for global acting companies from different branches. Furthermore he is well experienced in strategy development with board members and executives of all levels worldwide.


He studied

  • Educational science and economics at the University of Augsburg/ Germany (Doctoral Degree)
  • Organizational Psychology and Human Resources Development at the University of California, Berkeley/ USA
  • Organizational Development and Health Science at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore/ USA (Master of Health Sciences)

From 1986 to 1992 he worked for the Institute for Innovative Management Training (IMT) in Munich, as project leader for national and international Leadership- and Organizational Development-Projects.

Since 1992 he is Director of Creactive Dr. Haug Leadership Consulting Group, since 1995 he is Director of the international training and consulting network CSI (Consulting Systems International).

From 2000 to 2008 he acted as a board member of Q-Pool 100, a leading association for professional international coaching and training.

He is also certified as NLP Master, HBDI Trainer and Consultant for Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Furthermore he is qualified as teacher for Experiential Body Therapy and Tai Chi Chuan and as teacher for Acupressure and Shiatsu Therapy.

His most important public assignments in the past were:

  • Key Note Speaker at the "Außenwirtschaftsoffensive"of the German "Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Arbeit (BMWA)" in Berlin for the topic: "Why German Companies often fail when doing business abroad"
  • Panel Discussion Member at the „Außenwirtschaftstag" at the German "Industrie- und Handelstag (DIHT)" in Bremen for the topic: „Doing Business around the world"

He also made several presentations regarding (transformational) leadership and changemanagement at large internal company events.
